How to Submit a Request

All public records requests submitted to Impact Charter School must be in writing via a Public Records Request Form, which may be submitted in one of the following ways:

By Mail

In Person

Submit your Public Records Request Form in person to the school office at:

Records Request Fees

Pursuant to Louisiana Revised Statute 44:32 C, the custodian of records for Impact Charter School is authorized to establish and collect reasonable fees for making copies of public records. Additionally, pursuant to the law, those fees must be paid in advance of production.
